Inside the tiny house you’ll find a fully furnished kitchen, fold down eating table, one full bath, a full size convertible sofa, and a master loft with a queen size bed. The lovely family room gives you beautiful views of Keuka Lake, and access outside to the newly added seating, fire pit, barbecue grill and a clothes line!
Outside, walk across the road to our beach bungalow with 15 feet of lake frontage and access to two kayaks, swimming, and a dock. Inside the bungalow you will find a table and chairs, changing room, refrigerator, and screened in porch with a lovely patio set. Enjoy your time in the sun or cozied up on our chaise style patio set overlooking the beach in the evening!
On the west side of Keuka Lake you’re within close proximity of local eateries, conveniences, Finger Lakes wineries, Bristol Ski Mountain and attractions! Keuka Lake State Park is located nearby with a swim area, picnicking, and a public boat launch.
